For best results, thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
For quicker thawing: Place fillets in a zip lock bag and submerge in cold water until thawed.
Baking: (our favorite way is to use parchment paper for quick clean up and to produce a moist, evenly baked, delicious fish)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. [*if you choose to bake in parchment, grate about 1 Tablespoon of lemon rind or zest into the oil or butter, add salt and pepper, and seal up each fillet in the parchment paper.] Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is white and flakes easily with a fork. For moist fish, don't over cook.
