Our scallops are all natural, wild caught, and harvested from the icy pure waters of the North Atlantic. Our scallops are dry, which means they are not soaked in chemicals or preservatives. They are of the highest quality and are an excellent choice for both flavor and health. Scallops have a sweet, mild flavor and are a great source of lean protein. Scallops are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes. These succulent scallops are delicious seared or sauteed to a light golden brown.

Slow thawing is preferable.
For best results, place in refrigerator overnight.
For immediate use, thaw under cold running water and pat dry.
Bake or Broil:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Dip Scallops in seasoned flour or breadcrumbs and place in greased shallow pan. Brush with melted butter. Allow 2-3 minutes per side to brown.
Saute' in butter seasoned with garlic for 2-3 minutes and flavor with lemon juice. Turn once.
Dip in flour, cornmeal or breading and sprinkle with seasoning. Fry in small amount of oil or butter for 2-3 minutes. Turn once.
