Notice at Collection

The table below describes the categories of personal information we have collected during the preceding 12 months, the business or commercial purposes for collection and use, and our disclosure practices. “Sold” and “shared” use the meanings assigned by the CCPA. “Shared” does not include every disclosure to a service provider; it generally refers to disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising.

*We do not sell personal information for money. The advertising-related disclosures identified above may constitute a “sale” for other valuable consideration and/or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. These disclosures depend on the service, information involved, and applicable consent and opt-out choices; “sale” and “sharing” do not mean every disclosure to a service provider.

Sources of Personal Information

• You, including through orders, accounts, forms, reviews, messages, and marketing sign-ups.
• Your browser or device, through cookies, pixels, logs, APIs, and similar technologies.
• Service providers and contractors, including Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, customer-support tools, and marketing providers.
• Advertising and analytics partners, including platforms used to measure or personalize advertising.

Recipients of Personal Information

During the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed personal information for business purposes to categories of recipients including:

• Shopify and other hosting, ecommerce, security, and technology providers.
• Payment processors and fraud-prevention providers.
• Shipping carriers and fulfillment or logistics partners.
• Customer-support, email, SMS, and review-platform providers.
• Analytics, measurement, and advertising providers.
• Professional advisers, government authorities, or parties to a business transaction when legally permitted or required.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We may allow Shopify or advertising and analytics partners to collect or receive identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, or inferences for advertising measurement, personalization, or cross-context behavioral advertising. California law may classify some of these activities as “sharing” or, in certain circumstances, a “sale,” even when no money is exchanged.

You may opt out of sale or sharing through our Your Privacy Choices page. Shopify’s device-based controls appear for visitors in supported U.S. states. We also process recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal where required.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for purposes that require offering a separate right to limit under the CCPA.

California Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have the right to:

• Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, our sources and purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom information was disclosed, sold, or shared.
• Delete personal information we collected, subject to legal exceptions.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information when that right applies.
• Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a CCPA right.

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify relevant records. For requests to know, delete, or correct, we may reasonably verify your identity by matching information you provide with information in our records. We will not require identity verification for a request solely to opt out of sale or sharing, although we may request information necessary to apply the opt-out.

If the CCPA applies, we will confirm receipt of a request to know, delete, or correct within 10 business days and generally respond within 45 calendar days. We may extend the response period once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary and permitted by law, with notice explaining the extension.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly, as permitted by law.

Retention

We retain each category of personal information only as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes:

• Order, payment, tax, and commercial records: for the period required for fulfillment, accounting, warranties or claims, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations.
• Account and customer-support records: while the account or customer relationship remains active and afterward as reasonably needed for support, security, disputes, and legal compliance.
• Website, device, cookie, analytics, and advertising data: according to the lifespan of the applicable cookie or identifier and the retention settings of our platform and providers, subject to privacy choices and business needs.
• Marketing contact information: until you unsubscribe or opt out, followed by limited suppression records needed to honor that choice.
• Claim photographs and communications: for as long as reasonably needed to investigate the claim, document the resolution, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.

Notice of Financial Incentive

SMS offers and participation. We offer eligible customers a $10 discount on a qualifying purchase of $150 or more through our SMS signup program and may offer this incentive in SMS shopping conversations. Participation is voluntary. You can purchase from us without consenting to marketing messages. Review the offer presented to you for eligibility and redemption terms.

Offer terms. Our Shopper $10 off $150 offer provides a unique checkout code for one-time purchases, excludes subscription purchases, cannot be combined with other product, order, or shipping discount codes, and has no code expiration. Signup offers are subject to the terms displayed when you enroll.

Information involved. The program involves identifiers, including your mobile phone number and any name or email address you provide; commercial information, including purchases and discount redemption; and electronic activity, including interactions with our messages and linked website pages. We use this information to administer offers, send marketing messages, personalize shopping assistance, and measure program performance, as described in this notice and our Privacy Policy.

How to opt in. Enter your mobile number in a signup form displaying the offer, review the SMS consent terms and this notice, and complete the confirmation steps shown. Existing subscribers may receive eligible offers in SMS conversations. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods.

Your right to withdraw. You may withdraw from the SMS incentive program at any time by replying STOP to an Oceanside Seafood marketing text. You may also contact cs@oceanside-email.com or call 877-849-2490 for assistance. We will stop future marketing texts following your opt-out, apart from a confirmation message. You may continue shopping without subscribing.

Good-faith estimate of data value. As of September 24, 2026, we estimate the average value of information used in our SMS program at approximately $30 per subscriber over the predicted life of the subscription. We use projected contribution from SMS-attributed purchases as a practical estimate: Postscript's predicted subscriber lifetime revenue of $134.08 divided by the recent SMS-attributed average order value of $206.36, multiplied by our estimated $50 profit per sale before SMS fees, less approximately $2.37 in projected messaging usage fees. This produces an estimate of approximately $30.11, rounded to $30.

Method and limitations. The revenue forecast uses Postscript's preceding 90 days of revenue and unsubscribe behavior. The order value and messaging-fee ratio use its preceding 60 complete days of reporting, including $76,354 in attributed revenue and $1,351 in usage fees. We apply that fee-to-revenue ratio to predicted lifetime revenue. The calculation assumes the $50 per-sale profit estimate includes discounts and fulfillment costs; it does not separately deduct fixed platform fees or other overhead. Attributed revenue is not proof that SMS caused each sale, and a forecast does not guarantee any individual subscriber's value. This estimate supports the relationship between the $10 incentive and the anticipated value of participation; it is not a sale price for personal information. We may revise the estimate as program performance and costs change.

Security and Legal Exceptions

We use commercially reasonable safeguards and established service providers designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Privacy rights are subject to exceptions. For example, we may retain or use information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, detect security incidents or fraud, maintain records, exercise legal rights, comply with law, or support other purposes permitted by the CCPA.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The revised notice will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
