Our eel is filleted, steamed, and grilled with a thick, sweet shoyu-style sauce. Each 9 oz. package is vacuum packed with extra sauce included.

Simply thaw, warm, and serve over rice, sushi bowls, noodles, or vegetables for an easy unagi-style meal.
