Lump Crab Meat

Blue Swimmer Crab Meat has a sweet flavor, hearty texture and clean white appearance that works beautifully in crab cakes, salads, crab imperial, stuffing and other seafood recipes. The crab is cooked, removed from the shell and frozen rather than sold as pasteurized canned meat.

Regular Lump: Smaller pieces suited to crab cakes, dips, stuffing and mixed preparations.

Jumbo Lump: Larger premium pieces ideal when appearance and presentation are especially important.
