- Our Bay Scallops are all natural, wild caught and harvested from the pure waters of the North Atlantic. Freshly frozen, they are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes.

Slow thawing is preferable.
For best results, place in refrigerator overnight.
For immediate use, thaw under cold running water and pat dry.
Bake or Broil
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Dip Scallops in seasoned flour or breadcrumbs and place in greased shallow pan. Brush with melted butter. Allow 2-3 minutes per side to brown.
Dip in flour, cornmeal or breading and sprinkle with seasoning. Fry in small amount of oil or butter for 2-3 minutes Turn once.
Saute' in butter seasoned with garlic for 2-3 minutes and flavor with lemon juice. Turn once.
