    Our Bay Scallops are all natural, wild caught and harvested from the pure waters of the North Atlantic. Freshly frozen, they are easy to prepare and can be used in a variety of dishes.

          Thawing Instructions:
          Slow thawing is preferable. 
          For best results, place in refrigerator overnight.
          For immediate use, thaw under cold running water and pat dry. 

          Serving Instructions:
          Bake or Broil

          Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Dip Scallops in seasoned flour or breadcrumbs and place in greased shallow pan. Brush with melted butter. Allow 2-3 minutes per side to brown.

          Pan Fry
          Dip in flour, cornmeal or breading and sprinkle with seasoning. Fry in small amount of oil or butter for 2-3 minutes Turn once. 

          Saute'
          Saute' in butter seasoned with garlic for 2-3 minutes and flavor with lemon juice. Turn once.
