These jumbo shrimp are butterflied and hand breaded with a crisp, lightly sweet coconut coating. Farm raised in Vietnam, they cook quickly from frozen and make an easy appetizer, seafood basket or entrée. Each 3 lb. box contains approximately 40–50 finished coconut shrimp.

Shrimp, coconut flakes (coconut, sodium metabisulfite), water, wheat flour and modified corn starch. Contains 2% or less of sugar, coconut milk powder (coconut milk, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sodium caseinate), soy flour, salt, artificial flavor, non-dairy creamer (tapioca syrup, hydrogenated palm oil, sodium caseinate), sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain moisture), yeast and guar gum.

Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 320–340°F. Add frozen shrimp, shaking the basket to prevent them from sticking together, and fry for approximately 3½ minutes or until golden brown.
Internal Temperature: Cook to 165°F or above.
