Cooking Suggestion
For fried calamari, cut the tubes into rings, rinse under cold water and soak in milk for 30 minutes. Dredge in seasoned flour and fry at 375°F for approximately 1 minute, turning to cook evenly. Serve with lemon and marinara sauce.
