Frog Legs

Jumbo Frog Legs have tender white meat and a mild flavor often compared with chicken and delicate fish. Each pound contains approximately eight skinless leg pairs that are cleaned and ready to season and cook.

Frog legs are excellent lightly breaded and fried, grilled, baked or sautéed with garlic butter. Their mild flavor works particularly well with Cajun or Creole seasoning, lemon, herbs and spicy sauces. Avoid overcooking to preserve their moist, tender texture, and serve them as an appetizer or distinctive main course.
