Garlic & Butter Mussels are harvested from the clean waters of Newfoundland, Canada. These certified-organic, rope-grown mussels are naturally fed, fully cooked and seasoned with garlic butter for a convenient seafood appetizer or entrée. Serve them on their own or add them to pasta, paella, soups, chowders and bisques.

Organic mussels, butter, water, organic garlic, parsley and organic concentrated lemon juice.
Contains shellfish (mussels) and milk.
Heat from frozen; do not thaw.
Stovetop: Empty the frozen contents into a large pot, cover and heat on high for approximately 5 minutes.
Microwave: For a 700-watt microwave, puncture the bag, place it back-side up and cook on high for approximately 5 minutes.
Open carefully, as contents will be hot. Avoid overcooking.
