Scarlet Snapper 8–10 oz boneless fillets are frozen, vacuum-packed, and sourced from warm-water fisheries in Indonesia. This lean white fish has a firm, flaky texture and a clean, mildly sweet flavor that works well baked, broiled, pan-seared, or grilled.
