Snow Crab Claws

These jumbo snow crab claws are Canadian sourced and come with the caps removed for easy access to the sweet meat inside. To serve, thaw the claws in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then serve chilled on ice with lemon, melted butter, or your favorite cocktail sauce.

The approximately 12-count package makes an attractive chilled appetizer or seafood-board centerpiece. Since the claws are ready to serve after thawing, they are especially convenient for entertaining.
