White Bass Fillets have a mild, clean flavor and a firm, flaky texture that works well in a variety of preparations. Sourced from Lake Huron and produced in Canada, each 1 lb. vacuum-packed package contains approximately three to four fillets. Pan-fry them with butter for a simple Great Lakes favorite, or bake, broil or grill with lemon and your favorite seasonings.
The firm fillets hold together well in the pan and accept both simple seasoning and stronger spice blends. They are also suitable for fish sandwiches, tacos and chowders.
