Yellowfin Tuna Saku Blocks are precision-cut from premium AAA-grade yellowfin tuna for consistent slices and minimal waste. Their clean flavor, firm texture and rectangular shape make them especially convenient for sushi, sashimi, poke bowls and tataki.
Each sashimi-grade tuna block is individually vacuum-packed and portioned into an approximately 8 oz. saku. Slice while slightly chilled for neat presentation, serve raw after proper thawing, or quickly sear the exterior while keeping the center rare.
