Yellowfin Tuna Blocks

Yellowfin Tuna Saku Blocks are precision-cut from premium AAA-grade yellowfin tuna for consistent slices and minimal waste. Their clean flavor, firm texture and rectangular shape make them especially convenient for sushi, sashimi, poke bowls and tataki.

Each sashimi-grade tuna block is individually vacuum-packed and portioned into an approximately 8 oz. saku. Slice while slightly chilled for neat presentation, serve raw after proper thawing, or quickly sear the exterior while keeping the center rare. The uniform shape also makes these blocks an excellent choice for appetizers and composed seafood dishes.
