Japanese Yellowtail, also known as Hamachi, is prized for its rich flavor, buttery texture and clean finish. This sashimi-grade yellowtail is individually vacuum-packed to protect quality and make refrigerated thawing and portioning convenient.

Hamachi is a favorite for sushi, sashimi, crudo and poke because its natural richness pairs well with soy sauce, citrus, ponzu, jalapeño and fresh herbs.
